4. Cancellation by the customer You may cancel the rental agreement at any time before the start of the rental period.
The cancellation should be made in writing for your own interest and for proof.
The tenant agrees to pay compensation as follows:
15% of the rental fee if the cancellation occurs more than three months before the start of the rental period.
50% of the rental fee if the cancellation occurs between three months and one month before the start of the rental period.
75% of the rental fee if the cancellation occurs between one month and two weeks before the start of the rental period.
100% of the rental fee if the cancellation occurs less than two weeks before the start of the rental period or if the rental period has already begun.

Getting there
The quickest way to get there from the Ruhr area is via the A3 towards Arnhem. In Arnhem, continue towards Nijmegen A50 and from there take the A15 to Rotterdam until you reach Europoort, then head towards Hellevoetsluis / Middelburg until Ouddorp. Ouddorp can always be reached on the N57, either from the direction of Zierikzee or Middelharnis.
