Cancellation policy
Payment Terms:
A deposit of 50% of the rental price is due within 14 days of booking.
The remaining payment of 50% of the rental price and deposit is due 4 weeks before the arrival date.
Your reservation is only valid once we have received your first payment. If we do not receive your deposit within 14 days, we will cancel your reservation.
If your second payment is not credited to our bank account 4 weeks before your arrival, we will cancel your reservation.
There is no refund of the deposit.
In the event of a cancellation, the payment is non-refundable.
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance at any time.

Host informationWith Ameland-Residence, we, Mark and Trees Brouwer, have realized a dream. Born and raised on Ameland, the idea of owning our own holiday rental business had been floating in our minds for a long time. However, work took us, after years on the island, to the Dutch mainland. But our beautiful Ameland never really let us go. As a result, in 2009 we founded Ameland-Residence and built a series of holiday homes at our favorite spot. Since then, we've been renting out luxury holiday homes to vacationers from all over the world who also want to experience the charm of this island. In this way, we were able to combine our love for our island with our work and share our enthusiasm for Ameland with other people.

Einfach toll. Großer eingezäunter Garten, charmantvolles Ambiente, traumhafte Lage.
Zum Hundestrand sind es gerade mal 5 Minuten.
Es war ein Glücksgriff im Dschungel der Ferienhäuser.
