Cancellation policy

Dear guests, the minimum length of stay in our house is 7 days (from Sunday to Sunday). The total price is to be paid in advance (after we agree on the reservation). However, we recommend that you take out one of the commercial travel insurances that will cover you if you are unable to go on holiday for family or health reasons (also for your own protection). All that is required upon arrival is a deposit of EUR 200, which we will refund at the end of your stay.

Holiday destination

Holiday house Pomalo is located in the real heart of Vrsi village, just a few steps from the oldest street where you can admire the charm of old stone houses. However, there are also exceptional local amenities (within walking distance there is a doctor's office, a well-stocked pharmacy, several grocery stores, a cafe, a bakery, a car service, a beauty salon, massages, a post office and also an ATM). If you want to immerse yourself in the whirlwind of restaurants and bars, you can easily be in the Vrsi-Mulo area in 5 minutes by car. Here you can listen to the singing of musicians and seafarers, taste fig specialties, olive specialties and the like at the frequent festivals. But then you can go back to relax in another world, in holiday home Pomalo, where the heart of Dalmatia is beating quietly. Right behind the village there is a sandy beach Ricina with a gradual access to the sea, where all beach services are available, including bars, sports equipment rental and many water attractions. Diving and snorkeling lovers will like the beach of Duboka Draga (right in the village) or Uvala Ljaljkovaca, where they can observe schools of fish and a rich marine life around the reefs. Thanks to the purity of the water, you can comfortably lie on the surface of the sea and observe the beauty below. And the oldest royal town of Nin is only 10 minutes away. Here you walk around the illuminated old walls, on the wooden bridges over the sea fields, where organic sea salt is obtained, a panacea that you can buy in the local museum, for example. In the town of Nin is Queen's Beach, the longest sandy beach in Croatia. It's not for nothing that the beach is among the 100 best beaches in the world... And there are also deposits of medicinal mud that you can use and that have a beneficial effect on your health.

Wir haben als Familie mit 2 Teenagern einen perfekten Urlaub im Haus Pomalo verbracht:-) Das Haus ist optimal eingerichtet, sauber und modern. Die Lage ist mitten im Dorf Vrsi, ruhig aber unweit von einem kleinen aber leckeren Bäcker. Ein Supermarkt für alles was man braucht ist direkt am Dorfeingang. Die umliegenden Badebuchten und Sandstrände sind sehr schön. Abgerundet wurde unser Urlaub durch die sehr nette Begrüßung und Vorort Betreuung bei allen Fragen und Anliegen durch Toni und Eda. Die kulinarischen Überraschungen haben uns den Aufenthalt versüßt, etc. Aufgrund dem super eigenen Pool im liebevoll angelegten Garten, das erst kurz vor unserer Anreise errichtete Grillhaus und der schönen Terrasse waren wir selten auswärts Essen. Sogar unsere 2 Teenager wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Herzlichen Dank

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Toni und Maria sind sehr herzlich. Am Sonntag gab es von Maria selbst gebacken Kuchen. Sehr lecker. Die Mandarinen im Garten waren reif und wir konnten uns bedienen. Wenn man Fragen hatte konnte man sich jederzeit per WhatsApp oder telefonisch melden. Antwort kam sofort. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
