Visit the nearby Vodnjan. Walking through the old part of the city, you will notice numerous buildings belonging to different historical periods: Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque. The museum is located in a palace built in the year 1300, which belonged to the Bettica family. The church of St Blaž. Has the highest bell tower in Istria, peaking at 62meters. The Church is located on the Main Square, and allows visitors. Inside, you can see the collection of saint's relics, as well as the Vodnjan's mummies – which are a nature's miracle. In Vodnjan, you can visit the Oil mill and buy the olive oil made by locals

Nearest beach can be found in Barbariga, about 2.5 kilometers from the house. In Barbariga, you can also find many restaurants and shops.

Das Haus war wirklich sehr schön. Wir hatten unsere absolute Ruhe und hatten einen sehr schönen Pool und Aussenbereich. Im Haus war eine gemütliche Stimmung und alles sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.
