Cancellation policy
Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a replacement tenant who enters the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is obligated to pay the following proportional rental fees as compensation, taking into account any savings in expenses:
Cancellation:
A) For cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the total booking price will be charged.
C) For cancellation from 42 to 30 days before the rental begins, 50% of the total booking price will be charged.
D) For cancellation later than 30 days before the rental begins, 100% of the total booking price will be charged.
E) No-show or early termination of the stay: 100% of the total booking price will be charged. If the guest or tenant fails to arrive at a booked accommodation or ends the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price.
(4) A cancellation or termination must be submitted in writing. The date on which the notice is received by the landlord is decisive.

The house is only half an hour away from the most beautiful beaches of Makarska Riviera. The magnificent Biokovo Mountain is incredibly suitable for hiking. Biokovo Nature Park has stunning scenery, wild horses and goats, the remains of old settlements, alpine plants, forests and wildflowers.
In just 10 minutes you can reach the nearest motorway, allowing you to visit all major cities in a short time. Imotski (10 minutes), Trogir (1 hour), Split (40 minutes), Zadar (1.30 hours). There are also four national parks nearby: NP Krka (1 hour), NP Plitvička jezera (3 hours). Possibility to organize quad or e-bike tours around 7 lakes just for you. In the area you can choose from many activities such as rafting, zipline over Cetina river in Omiš, horseback riding in Sinj, cultural events or nightlife in Split.

We spent amazing family holiday here. The hosts welcomed us warmly. The villa and its outdoor area are beautiful, perfect for relaxing. We especially enjoyed excellent wines at one of the local wineries. The pool is fantastic, and everything is very clean and comfortable. We recommend renting a car to explore the charming small towns nearby. We had a wonderful vacation and wholeheartedly recommend this villa to others!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Der Gastgeber hat uns persönlich begrüßt und das Haus war für unsere Gruppe in perfektem Zustand. Die Kinder haben es geliebt, Zeit im Pool zu verbringen und fanden zu jeder Tageszeit einen Platz zum Spielen. Absolut empfehlenswert in der Gegend.
