Cancellation policy
If the TENANT cancels or terminates the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
For cancellations up to 42 days before arrival: full refund.
For cancellations from 41 days to 28 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 27 days to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
The date of cancellation is considered to be the date on which the notice of cancellation is received. (for Sundays or public holidays, the following working day applies). In case of no-show or an unannounced delay, ISTRALINE retains the total amount of the reservation.

Casa Viola is located in the small village of Perci, 10 km from Porec and 4 km from the tourist resort Lanterna with beautiful beaches and various sports facilities. Shops and restaurants can be reached within a few minutes' drive in Tar. On a fenced and well-maintained garden plot of 900 m², guests have at their disposal a 32 m² swimming pool, 10 sun loungers with bath towels, two umbrellas, a covered summer kitchen with grill and dining table for outdoor meals, a children's playground, and 4 parking spaces.

Der Pool und die Terrasse sind sehr schön! Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem kleinen Dorf, sehr ruhige Umgebung. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses war sehr gut. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und sehr nett, wirklich sympathisch!
