The house is located on the outskirts of Chiclana, close to the Campano golf course, the Pinar de Hierro nature park and a local sherry bodega. It is an ideal starting point for beach excursions, city trips and shopping trips. The historic city of Cadiz, beautiful cities such as Seville and El Puerto de Santa Maria can be reached quickly and easily, as can the famous white villages of Vejer, Conil and Medina Sidonia. The 8 kilometre long beach of La Barrosa and the beach of Novo Sancti Petri are only 15 minutes away by car.
