Holiday destination

Wonderful white villa from the turn of the century in the style of the famous spa architecture. The tastefully and comfortably furnished apartment (shower temple/steam sauna) has a direct sea view and is only steps away from the beach. It is situated in the quiet part of the beach promenade, right at the water, only minutes to the enchanting village centre and to the magnificent spa house. Nearby the Granitzer Wald begins; the Schmachter See invites you to stroll with its enchanting shore promenade.

Getting there

Arriving by car: At STRALSUND, the new AB A20 leads directly to the island via the magnificent new Rügen dam. BERGEN, and then follow the signs for BINZ. The villas on the BEACH PROMENADE are accessed from the rear of the houses. Please enter SCHWEDENSTRASSE into your navigation system. Arrival by RAIL. The OSTSEEBAD BINZ is approached from all large cities in Germany with an Intercity.

Unser Urlaub in Binz (3.-10.5.)war wieder einmal wunderbar. Wir kommen seit über 20 Jahren hierher, die schöne Meeressymphonie längst ein 2.Zuhause. Frau Giese, die gute Seele vor Ort, hatte wieder alles bestens vorbereitet, und es fehlte wirklich an nichts.Besonders die herrliche Loggia mit Meerblick ist ein Traum. Ein unvergesslicher Moment: in der Frühe kam ein Reh über die Düne fast bis an die alten Villen heran. Ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Wiedersehen .

Wir sind seit 2013 jedes Jahr (außer Corona) in dieser traumhaften Wohnung. Unsere Hündin fühlt sich hier sehr wohl und der fantastische Blick aus der Loggia direkt auf die Ostsee ist einmalig. Die Meeressymphonie ist zu unserem zweiten Zuhause geworden. Auch die Ausstattung erfüllt alle Wünsche und die sehr freundliche und zuverlässige Hausdame vermittelt ein herzliches Willkommen.
