Cancellation policy
Landlord/owner must receive written notice of cancellation for it be valid. Depending on the timing of the cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply:
up to 57 days before rental: 30% of the total rental price
up to 36 days before rental: 50% of the total rental price
up to 35 days before commencing travel: 100% of the confirmed rental price.
Taking out a travel cancellation insurance is recommended.

Terrific location in the quiet, sophisticated section of the promenade. The villa is located directly on the beach, however it is only a few minutes on foot to the enchanting town centre, to the pier and to the magnificent spa house.

Getting there
The Baltic resort Binz is located on the island of Rügen and the
sun rises here, so to speak. Whether you travel by car or train - the Baltic resort Binz is easy to reach.
By car:
From Stralsund, you'll reach our island via the Rügendamm. Then all you have to do is follow the signposts for Bergen/Binz.
By train:
Most big cities offer an Intercity (IC) connection to Binz. In Binz, follow the road towards the spa administration building (Heinrich-Heine-Straße). Turn onto Schwedenstraße and you have reached your destination/villa Freia.

Mein Mann und ich hatten einen unvergesslich schönen Urlaub. Bereits seit vielen Jahren verbringen wir unseren Urlaub in Binz - so wohl wie hier haben wir uns noch nie gefühlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, verständnisvoll und entgegenkommend! Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts - auch unseren 2 Hunden nicht. Die Aussicht ist einmalig und die Lage sehr zentral. Top Empfehlung von uns!

Wir haben Uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und unser Hund ganz besonders
Die Wohnung sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch an die kleinen Dinge gedacht
Was uns sofort aufgefallen ist, man merkte in keiner Weise , dass hier täglich Hunde sind. Sehr sauber!
Eine sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und dafür besonderen Dank
Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung weiter, atemberaubend die Aussicht, sehr ruhig und alles in der Nähe, wie Gastronomie ,Promenade und der Hundestrand
Die beste Unterkunft die wir bisher an der Ostsee hatten und Preis/ Leistung stimmt
