Villa il Gabbiano is located on the outskirts of Zanca, near Sant Andrea, surrounded by lush greenery and a large garden with Mediterranean plants and shady umbrella pines. The villa's location on Elba offers a 180° view across the Gulf of Sant Andrea towards the sunrise and down to the sea at Zanca, where the sun sets. Situated on the edge of Zanca and just 100 meters from the main road, it enjoys absolute peace and quiet.
The sea and beach are about a 10-15 minute walk away, either through the garden (a shorter route) or along the ancient footpaths. Towards Sant Andrea, you'll find a well-equipped sandy beach with a children's playground, boat rentals, sun umbrellas, and loungers. Towards Zanca, you'll reach a tranquil cove where you can witness the most beautiful sunsets in the summer. The local Mare bus also runs regularly directly to the sandy beach of Sant Andrea; the bus stop is located near the house.
The Zanca grocery store, offering fresh bread rolls and newspapers, is 300 meters away.
