Location is quiet, on the outskirts of the town of Vodice.
The sea and beach are only 90 m away. A jetty and 2 in-house buoys (free of charge) are about 150 m away.
A mini market is 100 m away.
It is a 10 - 15 minute walk to the city centre.
The town of Vodice is a well-known tourist destination in Central Dalmatia. Mild climate, crystal clear sea, diverse tourist-friendly cuisine, cultural heritage, sports, entertainment, everything for a pleasant stay.

By car: motorway A 1, exit for Pirovac.
By bus to Vodice.
By train: Šibenik railway station.
By plane: Zadar or Split (Trogir) airport. Pick-up service possible.
