The nearby Sea is easily accessible from here, and offers beautiful sandy beaches at Anzio, and o course the eternal city of Rome is worth a visit, and can be reached easily.

How to reach Villa Stauder from the airport Roma - Ciampino / Roma - Fiumicino
When you leave the airport Roma - Ciampino, turn left and drive about 15 km in the direction of the towns of Albano and Ariccia, located outside of Rome. Then continue straight ahead towards the town of Genzano. When you arrive at Genzano, take the road towards the Sea, called "Via Monte Giove". Drive for about 2 km and you will see on your left the road sign "Via Montegiovetti". Turn left and follow this road for about 500 meters, turning always to the right and you will reach the private road "Via dei Villini". Enter this road and after 100 meters you will reach Villa Stauder. Ring the bell at the gate and we will welcome you at the resort.

Very close to Villa Stauder is the village of Genzano di Roma with the shopping centers and the lake. Die Wohnung liegt auf einem wundervollen sehr ruhigen Grundstück. Das Haus ist platziert auf einem Olivenhain. Doch nicht nur Olivenbäume, sondern auch Feigen, Zitrusfrüchte, Granatäpfel, ein Kräutergarten und andere mediterrane Pflanzen erfreuen das Auge-und es darf sogar geernetet werden. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet und auch ein netter Willkommenskorb mit Pasta, Wein, Brot etc. stand bereit. Wir wurden von der netten Hausdame Carla in Empfang genommen. Angereist sind wir mit dem Flieger, haben dann einen Mietwagen genommen. Ein Auto ist dort mE unbedingt notwendig, weil die Villa Stauder sehr abgelegen liegt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind reichlich im Umkreis vorhanden. Nach Rom und ans Meer sind wir dann sehr einfach mit dem Zug von Genzona. Insgesamt 100% Empfehlung!

Die Villa Stauder befindet sich als letztes Haus in einer abgelegenen Straße. Nachdem sich das große Tor geöffnet hat, liegt einem der Olivenhain zu Füßen und das moderne sehr schön eingerichtete Haus erwartet einen.
Schon die Eingangstreppe welche einen nach oben führt, führt den Gast vorbei an einer großen Fensterfront mit Blick in die Ferne. Die FeWo ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Klima, 2 Bädern mit Dusche und Toilette, sehr großzügigem Aufenthaltsraum mit offener Küche. Im großen Schlafzimmer wird man früh von der Sonne geweckt, wenn man es möchte. Herr Stauder gab uns nützliche Informationen zur Gegend und für die Anreise nach Rom. In Rom ist man in ca. 45 min, aber auch in der Nähe der Villa gibt es viel zu entdecken. Es bietet sich an mit dem Auto anzureisen. Wer Ruhe sucht findet sie auf alle Fälle.
