Cancellation policy
The tenant may cancel the rental agreement in writing; the cancellation must be sent to the landlord by email to sarahcare42@gmail.com. If the tenant cancels the rental contract without naming a replacement deemed suitable by the landlord, the following pro rata fees, minus any expenses saved, must be paid as compensation provided that the property cannot be let to someone else.

- 8 to 14 days before arrival: 75% of the rental price
- 7 days before arrival until the day of arrival: 100% of the rental price

Sehr Schönes Chalet, besonders die Terrasse hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist ideal: Sowohl die Innenstadt als auch der Strand sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Wir fahren seit Jahren immer wieder gerne mit unserem Hund nach Renesse, da der Ort sehr hundefreundlich ist.
Sehr schön fanden wir auch die persönliche Geschichte hinter dem Namen des Chalets. Man merkt sofort, wie sehr Mimi geliebt wurde und dass sie weiterhin einen besonderen Platz in diesem Chalet hat. Das hat uns wirklich berührt und dem Aufenthalt etwas sehr Persönliches und Warmes gegeben.
Der Kontakt zur Besitzerin war jederzeit sehr freundlich, Antworten kamen schnell und alles lief reibungslos ab. Wir würden das Chalet auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Wir hatten wunderschöne 10 Tage im Chalet Mimi. Alles hat prima gepasst. Die Unterkunft war top, großzügig und sehr gemütlich. Am besten hat uns die Lounge Ecke gefallen, wo man geschützt vor Wind und Regen bequem sitzen konnte.
Der Kontakt mit Sarah war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.
