Die Wohnung ist schön, praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet.
Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass nur eine Wohnung direkten Zugang zur Terasse hat, die Bewohner der zweiten Wohnung müssen einen Meter über den Flur laufen.
Meines Erachtens ist diese Information wichtig für Hundehalter, deren Hunde nicht unbedingt mit allem und jedem friedlich sind.
Desweiteren ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig, auch bei viel Wind klappert es - für ängstliche Hunde oder Hunde die anschlagen eher nicht geeignet.
Es gibt KEINE Mülltonnen, der Müll muss über die öffentlichen Tonnen entsorgt werden.
Die Ã_x0096_ffnung der öffentlichen Tonnen ist aber eher schmal, sodass sich das auch schwierig gestaltet.
WLAN wird von dem Shop unter der Wohnung genutzt, die Signalstärke ist im mittleren Bereich, es reicht nicht um einen Film zu schauen - zumal ich 2-3 komplette Signalabbrüche hatte für einige Minuten.
Wenn man das alles weiÃ_x009f_ und darauf eingestellt ist hat man echt ne tolle Zeit, direkt am Deich und dem Meer.
Eine Sache noch : Der Parkplatz der Wohnung ist ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt, es handelt sich um eine Doppelgarage.
Die Einfahrt ist seeeeeehr eng und die Garage für die heutigen Autos auch ziemlich knapp bemessen.
Man kann rein- und herausfahren, aber entspannt und ohne rangieren klappt das nicht.
Für Social Media und Co ist es aber ausreichend
