Cancellation policy
A deposit must be paid upon conclusion of the contract. The deposit amount is 25% of the rental price. The deposit must be received by Rentals Egmond within 1 week / 7 days of the date of confirmation. The remaining amount must be received by Rentals Egmond no later than 6 weeks / 42 days before the arrival date.
For cancellations up to 42 calendar days (exclusive) before the arrival date: 25%;
for cancellations from the 42nd calendar day (inclusive) up to the 28th calendar day (exclusive) before the arrival date: 60%;
for cancellations from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) up to the arrival date: 90%;
For cancellations on the day of arrival or later: 100%.

Uns hat besonders der Ausblick direkt aufs Meer und der große Balkon gefallen. Da wir eine Person mit Handicap in der Familie haben war das Entscheidungskriterium allerdings eine barrierearme (leider nicht frei) Ferienwohnung, die wir unter dem Gesichtspunkt auch so weiterempfehlen können. Der Service war super, die Wohnung war sehr einladend eingerichtet und mit allem Wesentlichen ausgestattet. So kleine Dinge wie Spülmaschinetabs, eine gut ausgestattete Küche oder bspw. ein Staubsauger haben uns bei Ihnen schnell wohlfühlen lassen. Danke dafür!

Alles in Ordnung, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Wohnzimmer war sehr großzügig und auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, besonders der Blick aufs Meer und der kurze Weg dorthin. Auch in die "City" war es nicht weit.
