A deposit must be paid upon conclusion of the contract. The deposit amount is 25% of the rental price. The deposit must be received by Rentals Egmond within 1 week / 7 days of the date of confirmation. The remaining amount must be received by Rentals Egmond no later than 6 weeks / 42 days before the arrival date.
For cancellations up to 42 calendar days (exclusive) before the arrival date: 25%;
for cancellations from the 42nd calendar day (inclusive) up to the 28th calendar day (exclusive) before the arrival date: 60%;
for cancellations from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) up to the arrival date: 90%;
For cancellations on the day of arrival or later: 100%.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Meerblick.
Zentral zu Stadt und Strand, alles sehr nah.
An und Abreise durch Fahrstuhl sehr bequem.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Garage ist ein tolles on-top, man sollte aber unbedingt seine Fahrzeugmaße im Blick haben, da es dort sehr eng ist. Für uns hat es gepasst. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
