Thanks to its ideal location close to the beach and the dunes, De Verkenner (The Explorer) is an excellent base for beach and nature lovers. The surroundings are perfect for long walks, cycling tours and relaxed days by the sea.
The charming centre of Callantsoog is within a short walking distance and offers a variety of shops, cafés and restaurants. Nearby you will also find the protected nature reserve Het Zwanenwater, known for its diverse landscape of water, woodland and dunes.
De Verkenner (The Explorer) is also ideally located for day trips. Destinations such as Texel, Den Helder, Alkmaar, Hoorn, Schagen and Amsterdam are all easily accessible.
Getting there
The holiday bungalow is located in a very quiet, almost car-free street. For loading and unloading, the car can be briefly parked nearby. Free parking is available in the street and at the end of the street with ample parking spaces.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem wunderschönen Bungalow. Die schöne Inneneinrichtung und die Nähe zum Strand hat uns sehr gefallen!

Hallo , wir möchten die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen . Wir können aus über 15 Jahren Mieterfahrung in Callantsoog sagen es ist ein Traum . Sehr nahe am Strand , ruhig und dennoch ist man in 5 min. im Centrum ( zu Fuß ) . Die Inneneinrichtung und die Gartenmöbel sind sehr geschmackvoll und die Küche ist komplett und in ausreichender Menge ausgestattet . TV & Internet alles neuster Stand .. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und planen schon den nächsten Aufenthalt bei Herrn Maarten Spijker . Liebe Grüße Fam. Schank
