Holiday destination
Located in Vrsar, the character of a Mediterranean fishing village has received. Starting from the harbor, the building rises terraced up a hillside and will conclude in a church with separately standing bell (Campanile) at 54 meters altitude.
The house is located directly in front of the harbor of the town of Vrsar. Very close to the beach and town! The loggia is located on the first floor, where you can relax with a glass of wine and a BBQ. If you are into more active stand on the loggia, two exercise bikes are available.
Restaurants, shops, beach and sea are within easy reach by foot.
Getting there
Salzburg-Villach-Ljubljana-Koper-Karawankentunel-Croatian border Kastel, direction Umag Pula (Istrian Y highway) take the exit Sv. Lovrec-Medaki, direction Lim Channel, Vrsar direction.

Sehr gut ausgestattete und saubere Ferienwohnung in einem Mehrparteienhaus, eigener Eingang von der Straße aus!
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, schnell erreichbar und stets behilflich.
Danke dafür Davorka und Daniel, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl!
Unterm "Onlineportal" dargestellte Fotos sind mit dem Objekt (Stand Juli 2024) stimmig.
Wohnung "Basic" an der Dalmatinska ul. 36, liegt Zentral in der Nähe vom Hafen und einigen sehr netten Restaurants. Versorgungsmöglichkeiten gut, Bäcker u. kl. Konsum-Markt in ca. 200m.
Gr. PLODINE und KONSUM mit Pkw innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. Wer´s größer mag!
Wermutstropfen war:
Kein Parkplatz am Haus verfügbar! Parkkarte für Parkplatz am Hafen wurde gestellt!
Keine gr. Mülltonnen für Wohnung. Bei Bedarf kam Vermieter zur Entsorgung!

Wir bedauern, dass es keine Parkplätze direkt am Haus gibt, und sind froh, dass die Parkkarte für den Parkplatz am Hafen für Sie hilfreich war. Zudem hoffen wir, dass wir Ihnen auch mit der Organisation für Ihren Bootsliegeplatz und auch den beim Parkplatz für den Anhänger auf unserem Grundstück in der Nähe von Vrsar behilflich sein konnten. Betreffend der Müllentsorgung habe ich Ihr Anliegen an Davorka und Daniel weitergeleitet.
