Cancellation and early termination
(1) If the tenant terminates the contract before the rental period starts and doesn’t name a replacement that
accepts the same terms, then they are responsible for paying the following percentages of the rental price to
cover costs (excl. cleaning):
Termination
- up to 56 days before rental period: 30 % of rental price
- up to 43 days before rental period: 50 % of rental price
- up to 29 days before rental period: 70 % of rental price
- up to 0 days before rental period: 100 % of rental price
- otherwise (less than 28 days before rental period) 100 % of rental price.
- Not showing up or by interrupting the holiday…100% of total holiday amount.
(2) The tenant can prove a lesser damage at any point.
(3) If the tenant terminates their stay early, they are still responsible to pay the full rental price.
(4) Termination is only accepted in writing. The date applicable is the day the document is received by the
advertiser.

Wir waren im September 2023 für 10 Tage im Haus von Dado. Das Haus hat eine ausgezeichnete Aufteilung mit vielen separaten Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten, sei es am Pool, auf der Terrasse und auch für schlechtes Wetter gibt es eine überdachte Sitzgelegenheit. Die ca. 200 Meter entfernte Landstraße kann man durchaus hören, aber sie ist nicht wirklich störend. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und der Vermieter kümmert sich sehr gut um seine Gäste. Wir hätten das Haus am liebsten gekauft. Eine absolute Empfehlung.

Wir verbrachten einen herrlichen Urlaub in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Die Lage, besonders mit dem gepflegten Infinity Pool, ist traumhaft. Man ist ganz für sich allein und kann sich in den verschiedenen Außenbereichen des Hauses über drei Ebenen wunderbar entspannen. Man hört zwar etwas die entfernte Straße unterhalb des Hauses aber durch den traumhaften Blick auf die Berge und das Meer ist dieses kein Problem. Der Vermieter, Dado, ist ein sehr freundlicher, herzlicher und fürsorglicher Mensch. Er hat regelmäßig nachgefragt, ob wir etwas brauchen und ob alles ok ist. Dabei ist unaufdringlich, immer erreichbar und war bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle. Hier nochmals unsere Hochachtung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
