Cancellation policy
Villas Kalmar requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival or on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. Villas Kalmar shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.

Krnica is a small Istrian village, about 25 km east of Pula, surrounded by forests, meadows, and vineyards. In the village center stands the parish church of St. Roch. Numerous paths lead down to the sea, with the most well-known being the path to the Port of Krnica. This picturesque bay is about 2.5 km away and is popular with divers as well as visitors seeking peace and nature away from the tourist crowds.
