Holiday destination
Medemblik, about 1 km from the park, is one of the oldest cities directly on the Ijsselmeer. With 3 marinas, small alleys and shops, cozy restaurants, the Bakery Museum, a steam engine museum, and the Radboud Castle, there is something for everyone to see or explore.
You can take a museum train from Medemblik to Hoorn. The Zuiderzee Museum in Enkhuizen is also unique.
