Vivi Rent charges the following amounts for cancellation:
– up to 45 days before arrival 30% of the reservation amount,
– from 44 to 30 days before arrival 50% of the reservation amount,
– from 29 to 15 days before arrival 80% of the reservation amount,
– upon late cancellation or no-show, you will be charged for the full price of the reservation amount.

Villa Old Olive III is surrounded by similar villa's, within walking distance of the open air museum Kazun Park in Salvela where you can discover everything about this typical Istrian buildings. Just around the corner of the villa, there are several cycling and hiking routes in the Istrian nature. The ancient city of Vodnjan is just a few minutes drive nearby, and within 3 minutes drive there is are big supermarkets with plenty of parking space. Villa Old Olive III is in the South-West of Istria, from where you can reach everything within a few minutes by car: Fasana beach 7km; Pula 12km; Pula airport 14km; Rovinj 20km.
Getting there
One day before arrival, the keyholder will call the client to determine the time of arrival and provide further information.
