Cancellation policy
Cancellations by the Customer.
For the period 6th January – 22th December:
in case of cancellation of the reservation within 21 days from the check-in date, no penalty will be applied.
In case of cancellation of the reservation within 20 days from the check-in date, a penalty of 50% of the total stay will be applied.
The security deposit of 10% on the applied rate of the stay will not be returned in any case.
For the period 23th December – 5th January of the following year:
non-refundable rate. No-shows or early departures will result in a penalty equal to the entire stay.
