In this case, or if you wish to cancel for personal reasons, we will make every effort to find a new tenant for the property as quickly as possible. If we are completely or partially successful, the owner will credit you with the profit from the new rental. You would then only have to pay any remaining difference. If we are unable to find a new tenant, you remain obligated to pay the remaining rent.

Holiday destination
Caleta de Velez is a small former fishing village about 30 kilometers east of Malaga. This region is known for its particularly mild climate and the fewest rainy days per year.
Temperatures rarely exceed 30°C and there is always a light breeze.
Due to its central location, you can take wonderful day trips from Caleta to Granada, Cordoba, Nerja, Sevilla, Ronda, Marbella, Gibraltar, etc.
The Baviera Golf course is located right behind the urbanization.

Es war wie immer (das 13. Mal bei den Linses) der Licht-und Wärmeboost den wir erhofft hatten. Bestes Bade- und Wanderwetter! La Gaviota hat eine Traumlage mit Blick aufs Meer und die Bucht von Torre. Gerade im Herbst kann man an dem Hang die Sonnenuntergänge mit ihren intensiven Farben genießen.
Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Für meine Söhne und mich war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man für einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Wir fanden natürlich den großzügigen Außenbereich mit dem Pool und der herrlichen Aussicht einfach toll ( wurde ausgiebig von uns benutzt) Selbst als das Ceranfeld seinen "Geist"aufgegeben hatte, haben wir innerhalb von zwei Tagen ein neues gehabt. Ich denke wir haben bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal ein Haus von Familie Linse genommen.
