Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the following percentages of the rental price are due according to the scale below:
up to 45 days before arrival 20%
44 to 30 days before arrival 30%
29 to 22 days before arrival 60%
from 21 days before and up to the date of arrival 80% of the rental price.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance for your own protection, which you can obtain from any insurance office or online.
Of course, we will make an effort to re-let the holiday home after the cancellation has been announced. In good faith, we are therefore obliged to re-let the unoccupied house to avoid losses.
Until the house is re-let, the guest is required to pay the amount determined by the scale above for the duration of the contract.
If the house can only be re-let at a lower rental price, the withdrawing tenant bears the cost of the reduced rental income.

Holiday destination
The holiday park Strandslag is located in Julianadorp aan Zee, just behind the dunes and only about 400 m from the beach/North Sea. The popular holiday destination is situated approximately 5 km south of Den Helder in the province of Noordholland. The beach area is unique with its excellent water quality!
The park offers many play opportunities for children. These include a lake with a large water playground featuring a raft and zip line. Additionally, there is a soccer field, a basketball hoop, a volleyball court, and a ping pong table.
There is a bread service and a restaurant in the park.
In Julianadorp, there are many shopping facilities (about 2 km distance to Aldi, Lidl, Deen). A subtropical swimming pool and various restaurants are within walking distance.
Getting there
Traveling from Germany via the A3 or A61, then continue through Utrecht, Amsterdam to Alkmaar, followed by the N9 towards Den Helder until the Julianadorp exit.

Die Nele ist ein gemütliches schönes Häuschen .Es wurde fast an alles gedacht .Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet und endlich mal ein grosser Kühlschrank .Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich mit vielen Kerzen und deutschem Fernsehen ! Die Betten sind auch sehr bequem ...
Allerdings war uns das Bad zu eng und das Waschbecken zu klein .Wir hätten gerne die Wandheizung mit Waschbecken getauscht um mehr Platz zu haben .Es wäre toll wenn es ein Regal oder Unterschrank gäbe für die Badutensilien und eine Lampe über dem Spiegel ..
Aber sonst war alles Top und wir haben einen schönen Urlaub gehabt .

Wir hatten im Haus Nele eine herrliche Halloween Woche. Das Wetter war herbstlich durchwachsen. Aber nach ausgedehnten Spaziergängen an der frischen Nordseeluft war es besonders gemütlich, den Kamin anzuzünden. Das Haus Nele ist gepflegt und sauber. Ideal zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen. Jederzeit wieder.
