Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the following percentages of the rental price are due according to the scale below:
up to 45 days before arrival 20%
44 to 30 days before arrival 30%
29 to 22 days before arrival 60%
from 21 days before and up to the date of arrival 80% of the rental price.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance for your own protection, which you can obtain from any insurance office or online.
Of course, we will make an effort to re-let the holiday home after the cancellation has been announced. In good faith, we are therefore obliged to re-let the unoccupied house to avoid losses.
Until the house is re-let, the guest is required to pay the amount determined by the scale above for the duration of the contract.
If the house can only be re-let at a lower rental price, the withdrawing tenant bears the cost of the reduced rental income.

Holiday destination
The holiday park Strandslag is located in Julianadorp aan Zee, just behind the dunes and only about 400 m from the beach/North Sea. The popular holiday destination is situated approximately 5 km south of Den Helder in the province of Noordholland. The beach area is unique with its excellent water quality!
The park offers many play opportunities for children. These include a lake with a large water playground featuring a raft and zip line. Additionally, there is a soccer field, a basketball hoop, a volleyball court, and a ping pong table.
There is a bread service and a restaurant in the park.
In Julianadorp, there are many shopping facilities (about 2 km distance to Aldi, Lidl, Deen). A subtropical swimming pool and various restaurants are within walking distance.
Getting there
Traveling from Germany via the A3 or A61, then continue through Utrecht, Amsterdam to Alkmaar, followed by the N9 towards Den Helder until the Julianadorp exit.

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll ausgestattet. Es fehlte nichts. Perfekte, strandnahe und ruhige Lage mit komplett eingezäuntem Grundstück. Wir haben uns mit unserem Hund sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir waren im März für eine Woche im Ferienhaus Nele und jetzt im Mai direkt nochmal. Dieses Mal hat es sich ein bisschen nach nachhause kommen angefühlt.
Wir wussten ja, das alles schön sauber ist und wir uns direkt wohlfühlen können ( nach dem Auto ausräumen ).
Im Inserat der Familie Heck wir nichts versprochen, was nicht gehalten wird, worüber wir uns wirklich freuen!
Auch die Buchung, Schüssel usw. war wieder komplikationslos, herzlichen Dank dafür!
