Refund of Your Deposit in Times of COVID-19 Circumstances
Should the epidemiological situation prevent the guest from entering due to border closures, the agency will issue the guest a voucher (coupon) for the deposited amount, which can be redeemed during the current calendar year or the following year. If entry is still not possible within this period for the aforementioned reasons, the agency will refund the guest the full deposit amount.

The holiday property is located just 150 meters from the pebble beach and 50 meters from the town center. The crystal-clear sea and the diverse landscape with many coves and breathtaking flora make Njivice a popular destination for numerous vacationers.
The beach in Njivice is awarded the Blue Flag year after year for its excellent water quality.
The beach below the apartment is one of the most beautiful beaches in Njivice and offers holidaymakers everything they need, such as beach cafes, restaurants, deck chairs, parasols, a water park, pedal boat rentals, jet ski rentals, water sports, and other recreational opportunities.
Getting there
The easiest way is to take the first entrance to Njivice, approximately 10 km after the "Krcki Most" bridge, which connects the mainland with the island of Krk, and go straight to the Hotel Jadran and stop there.
