The holiday home is located in the Brekkense Wiel park on the edge of Lemmer and directly by the lakes. From the holiday home, it's only a few minutes to the IJsselmeer or the lakes. A paradise for water sports enthusiasts.
Lemmer is an old fishing village where a maritime atmosphere still exists, with many boats in the town center and charming restaurants by the water.
Lemmer has a beach on the IJsselmeer, just under 1 km from the holiday home.
There is a pavilion and an indoor pool, and in the summer, a surfing school.
Getting there
The changeover day is Saturday in summer.
Outside of July and August, we are flexible.
Minimum stay is 3 nights in summer 7 nights.

Une maison extraordinaire au bord de l'eau agencée avec beaucoup de goût et répondant à toutes les attentes. Je recommande très volontiers cette maison. Nous avons également été très bien reçu.

Ein super Ferienhaus hat uns bei unserer Ankunft erwartet und unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr
geschmackvoll von den Eigentümern ausgewählt worden und die
tolle Küche mit ihrer umfangreichen Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der direkte Zugang zum Wasser und der schöne Außenbereich sorgen für ein tolles Urlaubsfeeling. Die Mitarbeiter
von Aqua-State waren stets zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Es war unser erster Urlaub in Holland und nicht der letzte. Wir kommen wieder und auch gerne wieder in dieses tolle Ferienhaus.
