Cancellation policy
In the event of timely cancellation, the amount will be refunded after deduction of expenses. We charge the following flat-rate cancellation fees: - for cancellation from the 90th day to the 60th day before the start of the trip: 25% of the rental price - for cancellation from the 59th day to the 30th day before the start of the trip: 50% of the rental price - for cancellation from the 29th day to the 10th day before the start of the trip: 90% of the rental price - for cancellation from the 9th day to the 0th day before the start of the trip and for no-show: 100% of the rental price.

As mentioned, Julianadorp is located in the north of the Noord Holland province, where - statistically speaking - the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands are recorded. The village is about 8 kilometers south of the small town of Den Helder, from where the ferry departs to the very beautiful Wadden Island of Texel.
30 kilometers to the south is the historic city of Alkmaar, known for its famous cheese market. In the city, you will also find many interesting shopping streets.
"De Zandloper" offers its guests a modern beach pavilion with a lifeguard during the summer. The beach and the sea are rated as very beautiful and clean.
