- up to 0 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 30 days before the start of the rental period) 100% of the rental price.

Als Familie mit Oma und Opa war der Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung einfach wunderbar. Zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer plus Gäste-WC und der große Wohnbereich boten genügend Platz für alle. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet , ideal zum gemeinsamen Kochen.
Besonders praktisch der Aufzug, der das Treppensteigen mit älteren Gästen super erleichtert. Terrasse, Grill und Parkplatz direkt am Haus haben den Aufenthalt noch komfortabler gemacht. Alles sauber, gepflegt und sehr gemütlich. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir, eine Familie mit zwei Kindern, hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung. Zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer plus Gäste-WC und ein geräumiger Wohnbereich, alles sehr sauber und neu eingerichtet. Die große Terrasse mit Grillstelle ist perfekt für entspannte Abende, und der Kinderspielplatz war ideal für unsere Kleinen.
Besonders praktisch.. der Aufzug und der private Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Tina als Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert.
