Our beachfront property is shaded by trees that provide some protection from the cold and wind during northerly storms. Nevertheless, you don't have to forgo the view across the water: from the dormer window on the upper floor facing the water, you have the same beautiful view all the way to Vilm as from the west-facing apartment, and you also have a view of the harbor pier from the dining area. We've also maintained a clear line of sight through which you can see the water sparkling from the kitchen window.
