The tenant can withdraw from the rental agreement in writing. If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement without naming a substitute tenant, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that re-letting is not possible.

The beautiful fishing village of Breskens with all shopping facilities is approximately 2km away. Oostburg (10km), Sluis (20km), and Bruges (35km) can be quickly reached by car. The ferry, which takes you to Vlissingen in about 20 minutes, is about 1.5km away.
Here, even in bad weather, you will find countless leisure activities. In good weather, you are quickly at one of the most beautiful beaches of the North Sea.

Wir waren bereits zum fünften Mal in diesem Haus und es hat uns , wie immer, gut gefallen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen garantiert, spätestens nächstes Jahr, wieder.

Wir waren nicht das erste mal in Breskens und das zweites mal in diesem Haus.
Wie auch das Jahr zuvor hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Tolle, ruhige Lage. Nicht so weit vom Meer entfernt.
Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte reibungslos.
Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter wie immer hervorragend. Eine klare Empfehlung für dieses Haus! Wir kommen wieder!
