If we are unable to find a new tenant, you remain obligated to pay the remaining rent.

Caleta de Velez is a small fishing village about 30 kilometers east of Malaga. This region is known for its particularly mild climate and the fewest rainy days per year. There is always a gentle breeze here, and temperatures rarely rise above 30 degrees Celsius.
Due to its central location, you can make wonderful day trips from here to Granada, Cordoba, Nerja, Sevilla, Ronda, Marbella, Gibraltar, etc.

Das Häuschen hat alles was man sich wünscht. Es gibt überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln. Gil und Klaus sind wunderbare Gastgeber die bei jeder Frage weiterhelfen konnten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Sehr zentral wenn man Ausflüge machen möchte und es hat einen wunderschönen Aussenbereich. Wir haben 14 Tage einen unglaublichen Urlaub verbracht und wären gern länger geblieben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Wir hatten wie immer einen entspannten Familienurlaub in dem Haus. Das Haus ist ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen Urlaub braucht, auch mit Strandliegen, die man zum Strand mitnehmen kann. Es war Tipi Topi sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zudem ist die Lage auch ein Traum, denn man kann Geschäfte fußläufig erreichen und auch zum Strand sind es nur 15 Minuten Fußweg.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder
