We recommend that you take out valid travel and cancellation insurance, as well as liability insurance. Any risks and costs associated with a cancellation will be borne by the tenant.
A trip cancellation is possible at any time. However, a booking cancellation must be made in writing exclusively. The booking fee and the following cancellation fees are then due:
- Up to 91 days before the start of the trip: 20% of the rental price
- From the 90th day to the 61st day before the start of the trip: 50% of the rental price
- From the 60th day to the 31st day before the start of the trip: 75% of the rental price
- From the 30th day to the 14th day before the start of the trip: 90% of the rental price
- Less than 14 days before the start of the trip, or if the trip is not commenced: the entire rental price

Callantsoog is a small village on the coast; it has a lively village center right behind the single row of dunes. The short distance to the beach of only a few hundred meters makes the village unique and a top destination in the Netherlands. Nowhere is the beach as accessible as it is here.
