Cancellation policy
Cancellation Guarantee:
If at the time of travel Makkum Beach Resort, the province of Friesland, or the entire Netherlands should be locked down, we would not be able to fulfill our part of the contract "providing a holiday home". As a result, you would receive a refund of all your payments, provided you have not yet arrived.
Otherwise, the following conditions apply:
Until 42 days before the arrival day, 50% of the invoice amount is due.
In the event of a later cancellation, the full invoice amount is due.
Dear guests, if a cancellation occurs, we will definitely find a mutually agreeable solution. We always make an extreme effort to realize a replacement rental and in this case, we would charge at most the reduced earnings and a flat fee of 50€. We would then waive the costs outlined above!!!

Holiday destination
Makkum is located right on the IJsselmeer and invites you to stroll along its large beach promenade. Various cozy cafes offer the opportunity to linger and relax.
The most beautiful, largest, and very gently sloping sandy beach on the IJsselmeer!!
A very extensive range of water sports (surfing, catamaran sailing, kite surfing with corresponding training and rental services).
Bicycles, go-karts, pedal boats, motorboats, and electric boats can be rented 300 meters from the house.
Getting there
Arrival is possible both from the direction of Osnabrück/Bremen and from the Ruhr area via the A31 up to the height of Meppen. Then there, take the A37 towards Meppel. Continue on the A32 towards Heerenveen. From there, take the A7 towards Sneek/Amsterdam until the Makkum exit. From there, it's only 10 minutes to the fourth roundabout into Villapark Makkumerstrand.
Travel time from Osnabrück is approximately 2:45 hours, provided that the speed limits are observed ;-)

Es hat alle bis ins kleinste Detail gepasst.
Beginnend mit einem Vermieterehepaar. Welches den Blick aufs wesentliche gelegt hat. Eine Konversation in Bezug auf Vermietung und Buchung, Super netter und freundlicher Kontakt. Das Haus ist ganz lebevoll und hochwertig ausgestattet. Alles ist so supersauber. Also,,, wer da was zu meckern hätte, sollte lieber zu Hause bleiben. Die liebevolle Betreuung mit Tips für Ausflüge. Restaurantempfehlungen. Einfach nur schön. Ich kann einfach nur volle 100 Punkte geben.
Habe bisher noch Nie!!!!!! Eine so perfekte Unterkunft angemietet. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen ,,,in der Hoffnung ein Freies Zeitfenster für uns zu finden. Einen ganz, ganz herzlichen Dank nochmal an das Vermieterehepaar.

Ein so schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus und super sauber....und es ist wirklich alles da :). Das macht einem das Wohlfühlen so leicht. Auspacken - fertig !
