The booking becomes binding upon timely receipt of the deposit and the signed rental agreement.
If you are unable to commence your trip as planned, the following cancellation terms apply:
- 90 days before the start of the rental period: 35%
- 60 days before the start of the rental period: 55%
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 75%
- 14 days or less before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to avoid financial disadvantages in such cases.
Charging electric cars at the house is not permitted. At the entrance of the Roompot Service building, there are several fast-charging stations available for a fee.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in Kering 19. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Frau Stegmann ist sehr nett und freundlich, stets ansprechbar und sehr zuvorkommend.
Es war wieder einmal ein rundum gelungener und sorgloser Urlaub.
Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.

Das gemütliche und gut ausgestattete Ferienhaus der Familie Stegmann war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für einen erholsamen Herbsturlaub an der schönen Küste Zeelands. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, alles war sehr sauber und der Ferienpark ist gepflegt und ruhig. Die Abwicklung der Buchung ist perfekt organisiert. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Nochmals herzlichen Dank für die flexible Anreise!
