Cancellation policy
CANCELLATION FEES:
- Cancellation up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: Free of charge
- Cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price
- Cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
- Cancellation up to 7 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
- Cancellation within 7 days of the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price
- No-show: 100% of the rental price.
Guest cancellation: If the house can be re-let after a guest's cancellation,
if a last-minute discount is granted to the new tenant due to the short-notice re-letting,
the difference will be deducted from the refund, plus a flat fee of 10%.
Cancellations must be made in writing.
We recommend travel cancellation insurance, which you can purchase from any insurance company after receiving the rental agreement.

Schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage.
Wir haben es im August sehr genossen.
Auch der herzliche Umgang zwischen uns und der Vermieterin hat dazu beigetragen uns schnell zu Hause zu fühlen.
Ja, eine Klimaanlage wäre schön gewesen es ging aber auch ohne.
Wir würden wieder kommen.
