If we are completely or partially successful, the owner will credit you with the profit from the new rental. You would then only have to pay any remaining difference. If we are unable to find a new tenant, you remain obligated to pay the remaining rent.

Caleta de Velez is a small former fishing village about 30 kilometers east of Malaga. This region is known for its particularly mild climate and the fewest rainy days per year.
Temperatures rarely exceed 30°C and there is always a light breeze.
Due to its central location, you can take wonderful day trips from Caleta to Granada, Cordoba, Nerja, Sevilla, Ronda, Marbella, Gibraltar, etc.

Seit 2005 mieten wir jährlich ein Häuschen bei der Familie Linse und auch dieses Jahr war es wieder Super in La Gaviota, das Haus hat alles was man so braucht, die Umgebung und Torre del Mar und Malaga insgesamt ist wunderschön

Es fehlt einem an nichts! Man kommt an und kann sofort mit dem Urlaub anfangen.
Die Ferienhäuser sind immer sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber.
Ich kann,und habe es immer weiter empfohlen.
