Cancellation policy
Villas Kalmar requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival or on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. Villas Kalmar shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.

Villa Stonegate is located in the small, quiet village of Golovik at the foot of the Učka Mountains, near Mošćenička Draga, known for its beautiful pebble beaches. Surrounded by dry stone walls, olive groves, and forests, the village offers peace, authenticity, and stunning views of the Kvarner Bay. The beaches are about a 10-minute drive away, and the area is perfect for walks, hikes, and cycling. Golovik is also a great base for excursions to Opatija and the islands of Cres, Krk, and Lošinj.
