Cancellation policy
In the event of timely cancellation, the amount will be refunded after deduction of expenses. We charge the following standardized cancellation fees:
- for a cancellation from the 90th day to the 60th day before the start of the trip: 25% of the rental price
- for a cancellation from the 29th day to the 10th day before the start of the trip: 90% of the rental price
- for a cancellation from the 9th day to the 0th day before the start of the trip and in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price
Cancellation costs €50.00 and rebooking €25.00

The house is situated on a 300 sqm property in the holiday park Keizerskroon. It is within sight of the dunes, so you can walk to the sea. The city of Den Helder is located about 5 kilometers to the north. From there, you can take the ferry to Texel, but the charming Ijsselmeer towns of Enkhuizen, Hoorn, and Medemblik are also within easy driving distance for a day trip. In Julianadorp, you have all shopping facilities, such as a bakery, butcher, drugstore, Lidl, and a large supermarket. You will also find doctors here. Restaurants of varying quality can be found 500 meters from the park, but also in the town center of Julianadorp.
