Zminj is a city located 35 km north of the city of Pula with its old city centre sitting at 379 m above sea level and the newer parts in its surrounding flatlands.
The regions surrounding Zminj are fascinating due to their development in agritourism and excursions to the caves of “Festinsko Kraljevstvo”. Zminj’s surrounding rural catering establishments are known for their authentic Istrian cuisine and traditional settings.
Getting there
The best way to come here is by car - only 5 km far is junction "Žminj" on the fast hughway "Istrian Y". Anyway, you need the car for everyday trips all around the Istrian Innland. Also, you can travel by plane - Pula airport (PUY) is 29 km far. But, in that case, you need to hire the car.

Das Haus ist geräumig und mit allem was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht.
Die Vermieter Tedi hat uns toll empfangen und war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar.
Der Außenbereich ist riesengroß. Es gibt eine gut ausgestattete Grillstelle, der Garten ist gepflegt und der überdachte Sitzbereich lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein.
Der Pool ist ein absolutes Highlight und wurde alle 3 Tage gereinigt.
Es ist alles wie beschrieben und auch wie auf den Fotos.
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.
Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!

Wir haben zwei Wochen mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder) in Tedi's Villa verbracht. Die Villa liegt ruhig in einer Sackgasse in einem kleinen Ort nahe Zminj. Dort finden Sie alles, was Sie für den Alltag benötigen (Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Tankstelle, Restaurants). Strände und Städte wie Rovinj/PoreÄ sind in etwa 25/30 Minuten erreichbar.
Insgesamt hat uns die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist nicht supermodern, bietet jedoch alles, was man braucht. Einige Dinge wurden bereits renoviert und sind wirklich großartig (z.B. ein Badezimmer). Die Villa bietet viel Platz im Inneren. Der Außenpool ist wunderbar, mit vielen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Der Sitzbereich mit einem Grill ist einladend.
Tedi war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und stellte uns in der Mitte unseres Aufenthalts neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche zur Verfügung.
