If the Spanish borders are closed and entry is not possible, you can cancel free of charge. However, we do not refund any deposits. If you need to cancel for health reasons, please contact your travel cancellation insurance.
If you wish to cancel for personal reasons otherwise, we will make an effort to find another renter for the property as quickly as possible. If we are successful, you will not need to make any further payments. Otherwise, you remain obligated to pay the remaining rent. If we manage to re-rent only part of the time you booked, you will only need to pay for the remaining time not re-rented.

Holiday destination
Caleta de Vélez is a small fishing village with a marina and fishing port. Here, east of Málaga on the "Spanish side," mass tourism is not prevalent. Due to its central location, it is a wonderful starting point for excursions to the surrounding areas, such as Nerja, Alhama de Granada, Granada, Ronda, Cordoba, and Sevilla. Every Saturday, there is a weekly market in Caleta. From the villa, it's only a 500m walk to the harbor, beach, and the nearest supermarket (Aldi).

You will arrive by plane via Málaga. We will send you a detailed route plan to the holiday property along with the rental agreement.

Bewertung der Familie Jahrsdorfer 23.5. - 30.5.26:
Wir hatten wie immer einen entspannten Familienurlaub in dem Haus. Das Haus ist ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen Urlaub braucht, auch mit Strandliegen, die man zum Strand mitnehmen kann. Es war Tipi Topi sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zudem ist die Lage auch ein Traum, denn man kann Geschäfte fußläufig erreichen und auch zum Strand sind es nur 15 Minuten Fußweg.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder

Uns hat die Villa Ventina super gut gefallen.
Es ist alles da was man benötigt.
Durch die 2 Etagen kann man auch gut seine Ruhe für sich finden.
Den Pool haben wir jeden Tag genutzt.
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und es hat an nichts gefehlt.
