Cancellation policy
Villas Kalmar requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. Villas Kalmar shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.

Peruški is a small village on the eastern coast of Istria, in the immediate vicinity of Pula. The beaches and the crystal-clear sea are only about 900 meters from the villa. At the same time, larger cities are easily accessible – only a 15 to 20-minute drive to Pula, where numerous restaurants, shops, bars as well as cultural and historical attractions await. The village is also well connected to other parts of Istria, including popular destinations such as Rovinj and Medulin.
