Cancellation and early termination
(1) If the tenant terminates the contract before the rental period starts and doesn’t name a replacement that
accepts the same terms, then they are responsible for paying the following percentages of the rental price to
cover costs (excl. cleaning):
Termination
- up to 56 days before rental period: 30 % of rental price
- up to 43 days before rental period: 50 % of rental price
- up to 29 days before rental period: 70 % of rental price
- up to 0 days before rental period: 100 % of rental price
- otherwise (less than 28 days before rental period) 100 % of rental price.
- Not showing up or by interrupting the holiday…100% of total holiday amount.
(2) The tenant can prove a lesser damage at any point.
(3) If the tenant terminates their stay early, they are still responsible to pay the full rental price.
(4) Termination is only accepted in writing. The date applicable is the day the document is received by the
advertiser.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 7 Personen da. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Es ist sehr ruhig dort und man kann den Urlaub ziemlich gut genießen. Wir hatten zwei getrennte Wohnungen, die beide voll ausgestattet waren. Im Außenbereich gab es einen Pool, einen Grill und genügen Sitzplätze und Liegen.

Das Haus ist atemberaubend. Es liegt in einer malerischen Gegend, umgeben von Grün mit einem fantastischen Meerblick, und bietet vollständige Entspannung.
Das Innere des Hauses ist geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Man sieht, dass die Besitzer auf jedes, sogar das kleinste Detail geachtet haben, um den Komfort ihrer Gäste zu gewährleisten. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten und ein Wohnzimmer ließen uns uns wie zu Hause fühlen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei, was an heißen Tagen sehr wichtig war.
Ein großer Pluspunkt ist der Swimmingpool, der ein großartiger Ort war, um sich abzukühlen und Spaß mit der ganzen Familie zu haben. Die Kinder waren begeistert.
Die Nähe zu den schönen Stränden, lokalen Restaurants und Geschäften bedeutete, dass alles, was wir brauchten, sehr nah war.
